The form of the argument I use is <width>x<height>+xpos+ypos where width and height can be omitted (the default is used) and the plus can also be minus indicating that the position is relative to the right and top edges. So -0+0 means place the window at the right (-0) and top (+0) edges of the screen, which is the corner you want, I think.
