In others words, on a TTY window. I guess it's not what you want. I may be one of the last person on earth doing this on my old "General dynamics Itronix GObook"(and I'm amazed that it works not so bad! http://sascoet.mutu.fdn.fr/monalbum/albums/sa-12082010fujitsugigamos2300scsifleury-les-aubraisrecusdemonsauveurcomputermagneticsdmc-lx2/sa-1208201012h39fujitsugigamo2300scsiconnecteagobookfleury-les-aubraisrecusdemonsauveurcomputermagneticsdmc-lx2.jpg A good maner to show people how many things we can do in a Linux console and how much I can be nerdy). You should try to put options to force it to use one the X-window based display mode, and if it doesn't work, it should give you a clue about what is missing(probably an X video driver or a MPlayer module) -- Sincerely, Stephane Ascoet
