Hi! You can use -vf rotate to do the rotation, but I THINK you currently also need to specify the rotation amount manually. The plan (assuming it does not work yet) is that as a future feature anyone who wants auto-rotation can add vf-add=rotate to their config file and it would use the ID_VID_0_ROTATE information, but I have not had time/forgot to look into implementing that.
