If and when a new MWN comes out you can translate it.

As for translating documentation, start off with runtime output, the file
help/help_mp-en.h, then translate the man page and then the HTML
documentation.  Send the results to me, I will commit them to CVS.  If you
are interested in maintaining the translation, you will get CVS access.
