Traditional Chinese Translator

cn_zh = traditional
cn_cn = simplified

It took me a while to decide whether it was appropriate to have two 
independant chinese docs. Traditional chinese is used in Taiwan and Hong 
Kong whereas simplified is mainly used in China. Among the other 
differences the most annoying issue (to some traditional chinese reader) 
is the different terminologies used. Just think of it like the american 
diaper and british nappy. They mean the same thing. But a british is 
less likely to understand disaper and vice versa. And it's especially 
true when comes to technical stuff.

I don't have the statistical figures of how many ppl using computers 
read traditional and simplified. So I can't say which version will be 
read more often. I'll skip the documentations if having only one version 
makes more sense to you.
