This is something that is entirely up to you.  I suppose that if only
10% of the Chinese people would read traditional instead of simplified
that would still amount to many many persons.

If you wish to make that translation you are more than welcome to do
so.  The point we were trying to make is that having a translation is
good, but having a _maintained_ translation is much better.  If you
want to maintain a traditional Chinese translation, welcome aboard.
If you only wish to do this once, you could translate the
documentation for the 0.90 release.  Then we would put the translation
in that tree but not in the everchanging main tree.
