Gnome & KDE Fullscreen (NETWM_FULLSCREEN)

Since the use of this flag, Goggles is unable to to popup in front of the Ogle 
when it is in Fullscreen mode. An easy solution would be to disallow users to 
popup Goggles and force them to get out of fullscreen mode. Another solution 
might be to set the transient hint for the Goggles window, but in order to do 
that I need the xid of Ogle. Ofcourse I'm not sure how to handle this if the 
ogle window isn't there yet and I don't know when it actually is there. This 
might be solved by having Ogle sending messages via the dvdcontrol library. 
!?

Are there any other solutions that I might have missed?
