Well, you can look in the css.c / ioctl.c file of libdvdcss for functions that return the 'security key sector'. I don't think it will do you a whole lot of good, though. I might be wrong but I don't think you can burn that sector to a writeale DVD anyway.. it's not part of the regular data track. Why would you want to have it?
