They're in CVS.  The last one was a real bug, if there where no visuals with
adjustable gamma then we indexed outsida an array and so got a bogus
number for the visual to use.  The first one was just a matter of not
installing a new ColorMap when using the default display (just reuse the
default ColorMap).

Shouldn't break anything, but please do test it.
