Time based seeks

Hi,

experimental support for full time based seek (in sequential titles)
can no be tested in the following dist tar-ball.

I've coded this up on a remote connection (no DVD drive) here and only
have one very limited test DVD image to try with.. single program / cell.
So it's almost sure to be bugs (besides the leftover debug info ;).

Using Goggles you should no be able to do arbitrary seeks.  The precision
will depend on the seek bar in Goggles, the lag in the system and how
fine the TimeMapTable is, mostly I've seen 1, 4 or 10 second resolution
for that.

If anyone dares to try it, please let me know how it works (or doesn't).
