Changelog for 0.9.1 -> 0.9.2?

Gidday,

This may seem like a bit of an obvious query, but how does one get a 
hold of the Changelog for Ogle version 0.9.2?  Basically I just want to 
know what's been altered since 0.9.1 was released.

I downloaded the source tarball, to find the NEWS and Changelog files 
were 0 bytes.

I see there is a changelog for 0.9.1 at 
http://www.dtek.chalmers.se/groups/dvd/changes-0_9_1.shtml, but there 
doesn't seem to be an equivalent for 0.9.2.
