libdvdread bugfix/MSVC patch

Hi,

I've compiled libdvdread using Microsoft Visual Studio 2003. And as I 
was using the lib I noticed a few major memory problems. So here are the 
fixes.

I've also mapped the error logging to a LOG_ERROR define that allows me 
to redirect the output where I want...

You might want to add stdarg.h detection in autoconf.
