In doing so I realize that the last I built libdvdread, I included a patch file from dvdauthor: http://dvdauthor.sourceforge.net/patches/libdvdread-0.9.4.patch.gz This is described as: patch which shows the mnemonics for the various VM commands in the IFO and VOB files, also includes a VOB dumper. I can't remember why it was necessary ( ? ) for libdvdread to work witrh dvdauthor. In any event, you may want to take a look for the new release. sean
