This release has some minor bugfixes/changes that mostly affect
FreeBSD/Dragonfly and the addition of the DVDFileStat() call.

Don't add a prefix to device names on Dragonfly and FreeBSD anymore.
Fixed a missing attribute packed for app_info in audio_attr_t, which
caused problems on arm I think.
