Oh, and I forgot. I've done and committed the changes to libdvdread
for reading the TMAPT (Time map tables) now.  They should exist for
all PGCs that you're allowed to do TimeSeach / TimePlay in so now it
should only be a matter of some glue code in Ogle to get seeking to
work.

We'll have to tackle the problem of seeking in the other video
sequences later.  I don't think we should be hindered by what the
original intension where for not allowing one to seek certain parts.
