TXTDT parser and reader ready

Hello Folks,

Ugh, 8000 lines later and the TXTDT parser and reader is ready for prime time. 
At the moment it's a stand alone program - will create a patch for libdvdread 
as soon as possible although. 

Usage: txtdt -n where/you/have/VIDEO_TS.IFO 

I have attached it I hope that it's okay.

PS: Now I will start with the ifoedit API :).

Ohh, yes the prog is littered with "#ifdef DEBUG" which will be removed 
shortly.
