Problem in FreeBSD

Good day all,
I have installed Ogle from the ports collection on my FreeBSD
4.8-Stable machine. I read a nice article on Ogle from the following
website and decided to install it.
http://www.onlamp.com/pub/a/bsd/2002/10/03/FreeBSD_Basics.html I have
followed all of the instructions and I am unable to get any kind of
playback at all. I am able to play music on this machine. Please let
me know what other information is needed so I can hopefully get to watch
a dvd on this machine.
The specs on the machine are as follows,
FreeBSD 4.8-Stable
Dual PII-450 w/1Gig of Ram
ATI Radeon 7500 video card running Xinerama.
