Slightly garble picture ogle 9.1

Hello Guys

After finding a article on usb2 and libdvdread/libdvdcss I removed the 
dvd playerdrive and put it in my machine linux mandrake 9.1 machine.  If 
  I run ogle -c cli with debug as normal user it plays the dvd but it is 
garbled slighlty.  If I run the same command as root it works fine.  Any 
  ideas much appreciated.
