Small ogle missing feature with LOTR, TTT Disc 2

In chapter 3 of Disc 2 of Lord of the Rings, The Two Towers (extended
edition), the elvish is supposed to be subtitled, even if you didn't
select english subtitles (which would give you subtitling throughout
the film). Presumably there's a event which should trigger the
subtitles which is being ignored or something.

Not a huge deal, but I thought I'd point it out.
