Problems installing Ogle in a Red Hat 9.0 environment

I'm running RH 9.0 with a 2.4.23 kernel. I have already installed the
libdvdcss and libdvdread rpms. When attempting to install ogle (or the
gui component), I get the following:

rpm -ihv ogle-0.9.2-1.1.fr.src.rpm
warning: ogle-0.9.2-1.1.fr.src.rpm: V3 DSA signature: NOKEY, key ID
e42d547b

   1:ogle ###########################################
[100%]

However, /usr/lib shows no ogle-related directories, and there doesn't
appear to be any application for me to launch. The installation did add
a redhat/SOURCES and SPECS directory, the sources directory has the
ogle, ogle gui, and the libdvdread sources, as well as a bluecurve png,
the specs directory has the spec files to match the above tar.gz files.

Any ideas?
