dvd navigation problem

Hi,

I did a DVD with menus from Pinnacle. Now I have some problems to play the 
navigation structure. The following errors appear:

libdvdread: Using libdvdcss version 1.2.5 for DVD access
libdvdread: Attempting to use device /dev/hda3 mounted on /mnt/hda3 for CSS 
authentication
libdvdread: Can't open file VIDEO_TS.IFO.
ERROR[ogle_nav]: faild to read VIDEO_TS.IFO
DVDSetDVDRoot:: Root not set

Can anybody help me reading this messages?
