There sure are debs a quick search on apt-get.org throws up 7. Since I
guess you are running woody from your old ogle version why not kill 2
birds with one stone and add this one
 deb http://members.lycos.co.uk/oglewoody/ woody main
which will give you both libdvdcss and the latest ogle back ported from
sarge
