So it looks like it starts with PAL 720x576 then switches to NTSC
720x480 and then back to PAL 720x576 again.  Somewhere in there we get
things wrong.  Bytheway this should not happen on compliant DVDs.
They should be all in PAL mode or all in NTSC mode.
