Installation Problems

To whom it may concern:

I'm  new to Linux and have no idea how to install Ogle.  I've downloaded 
libdvdcss-1.2.8-1.fr.i386.rpm, libdvdread-0.9.4-ogle1.i386.rpm, and 
ogle-0.9.2-ogle1alsa.i586.rpm for Mandrake 9.2 (I assume that since it 
worked with 9.0, it should work with a later version).  I have an ATI 
Radeon 8000 graphics card.  Please send installation instructions "for 
dummies" if at all possible.  Thank you.
