This usually means that you either did not install ogle
correctly or that you installed it in a directory which
is not searched for binaries.
It would be easier to find out something if you would
include more information. What kind of System do you
use ? How did you try to install - Did you use a
package made for your distribution or did you compile the
source yourself ?
If you compiled yourself - any error Messages ?
