Re: Asus S5N laptop

If Mr. Tennent were dead set on using his Asus setup to play DVDs, could he 
not use a SCSI PC card and an external SCSI DVD drive? Although it looks (see 
links below) as if he would be out at least US$250 if he were make the 
attempt. No commercial endorsements intended here -- have no idea who these 
companies are -- just trying to be helpful.
