I installed the new nvidia driver for the card last night and as you say Ogle no longer needs any settings now and the default .oglerc works fine. > > > Except that when the half D1 (360x576 - M6) titles are viewed they start > > of as tall and skinny on a blue background, but if I just stretch the > > Ogle frame a millimetre the title suddenly fills the frame and shows > > correctly for me. This still happens with the half D1 material and I just have to stretch down the Ogle frame a fraction of a mm to display it correctly. Not a problem of course. On a separate point I too get the scrolling entries:- ** libdvdread: CHECK_VALUE failed in nav_read.c:202 *** *** for dsi->dsi_gi.zero1 == 0 *** which I've read up on in the ogle-user archive so I suppose it must be a feature of the software/firmware in this Philips DVDrecorder and models using the same software etc. I just mention it for the benefit of any others concerned about the entry. -- Dave
