I solved my problem: i added a patch of Andy Polyakov ( http://fy.chalmers.se/~appro/linux/DVD+RW/ ), recompiled kernel and damn thing is working now. So far no problem - i can read/write cdRW and DVD+RW. i do this ( dvd+ ) using growisofs. Thank you guys for helping me out on this . THANK you very MUCH!
