Hi,

I've been successfully using Ogle for ages now (great program, keep up the
great work). But i've had a problem tonight trying to watch "School of Rock".
It loaded ok and asked to select the language and i selected English ok but
it would not progress from this screen so i killed the screen with "q". I
then checked what processes were left behind and i managed to kill everyone
except for these two (see below). I've logged off and back on again, i've
used my userid and root to "kill -9" but no success. I'm obviously going to
reboot once i've sent this email. I expect the film to run once I've
rebooted and i'll follow up the email to let you know.
Here's the sequence of events just before my problem.
I have been running a DVD just before this which was a TV series called "The
Singing Detective". The DVD has a selection of episodes, i watched one and
then pressed "q" to exit and then I popped in the "School of Rock" and
reloaded ogle (its an icon on my KDE desktop that runs a shell script that
contains "ogle -u cli /dev/dvd"

guest 4375 1 0 19:20 ? 00:00:00 ogle_mpeg_ps -m 65537
guest 4387 1 0 19:20 ? 00:00:00 ogle_nav -m 98306

I was just wondering why nothing can kill these processes.

regards

Ian
