0.9.2
There are some problems with building ogle with x86_64 so it is 32bit for now.
You have only installed libdvdcss for 64bit, maybe this is one of the
problems, because ogle doesn't seem to find it.
Try installing the 32bit version of libdvdcss also
and see what you get from
'ogle --debug -u cli /dev/cdrom'
