Current CVS working (on FC3)?

So, is the current CVS version expected to work? Just checked out, built 
an installed. When I tried to start up, I got:

WARNING[dvd_gui]: add_keybinding(): No such action: 'VideoToggle'
WARNING[dvd_gui]: add_keybinding(): No such action: 'SaveScreenshot'
WARNING[dvd_gui]: add_keybinding(): No such action: 'SaveScreenshotWithSPU'
WARNING[dvd_gui]: add_keybinding(): No such action: 'AudioStreamChange'
WARNING[dvd_gui]: add_keybinding(): No such action: 'SubtitleStreamChange'
ctrl: waitpid failed: Invalid argument

then nothing; no display or anything. All this on Fedora Core 3 - where 
a version built sometime last year does work.
