By the way, I congratulated to early, it still doesn't work 100%... :(
I have to set 'export OGLE_USE_XV=0' before every start and if I set 'export
OGLE_USE_XV=0' in knosole and then try to start ogle in KDE, it doesn't work
either... :(

But it works when I open a konsole in KDE and doing following commands:
reg@linux:~> export OGLE_USE_XV=0
reg@linux:~> ogle

ogle-gui or goggles to name two guis. 
Goggles has more features/is more up to date than ogle-gui.
If you don't use the guis all controls/keyboard commands  are user
configurable by editing the oglerc file (man oglerc)
