Hey everybody, since ogle is still my favorite DVD-player (together with the awesome gui "goggles" by Sander, thanks!), I was wondering if you plan on implement some basic dvd-like features like * Playing backwards. Means that you can rewind within a title or chapter, and actually see what is happening. This of course should have different speed levels (pressed once: 1x rewind; twice: 2x; three times: 4x etc). * What about On Screen Displaying? Of course there should be a switch to turn this on and off. It should always be displayed for like 2 seconds or so. For example: when pressing the pause button, it says "Pause", while fast forwarding it displays the speed etc. in the upper right corner of the output window. * Also, as written in another topic of this mailing list, it would really be cool to have a more powerful command line control for startup. Fullscreen, language, or more: selecting the video-output type or the sound-output type. or an option to say that the disc should start in "title 2, chapter 3", jump directly to the first chapter or directly to the menu? Just some ideas, what do you think...? -- greetings, benni. -SDG-
