There are some long standing issues most of them resolved with pull 
requests (this particular one is not I think). But I do not know why 
Piotr is not merging any windows changes. Piotr can you please comment 
on this? I use the branch of Nicolas Yue (nyue), it worked good for me 
so far (the isDeepData is something I had to change, too). Maybe Nicolas 
wants to add this to his pull request.
