CMakeLists.txt for pyilmbase?

Hey Folks,

I'm updating the windows build of my OpenEXR installation, and we need to
make use of the python wrappers around ilmbase.

Unfortunately, the pyilmbase project doesn't have a CMakeLists.txt with it,
just an autoconf setup. Does anybody have one of these floating around? I
feel like it would be a pretty challenging thing to build on my own.
