Re: OpenEXR for amd64 platform

Hi Veerendra,

OpenEXR will not compile with Visual studio 5 on any platform;
you'll need Visual Studio 7 or 8.  OpenEXR makes extensive use
of templates; template support in Visual C++ and earlier is
insufficient.
