Undefined Symbol about IlmThread::Mutex::lock()

When the program was being linked, it reported the error about "/home/Bo/Forge/ilmbase-1.0.2/dist/include/OpenEXR/IlmThreadMutex.h|121|undefined reference to `IlmThread::Mutex::lock() const'|", anybody got this problem before ?
