I am Michael Ramsey, a personal accountant to Mr. Sanjay Sharma, a national of India, who is an Import and Exporter. I got your contact through a good friend of mine, who works with the Better Business Bureau. But I did not disclose the nature of this transaction to her.
  
My client, Mr. Sanjay Sharma, his wife and their only daughter were involved in Tsunami earthquake disaster while on holidays in Sumatra, Indonesia on December 26th, 2004. He has fixed deposit bank account with one of the financial institutions here in Canada, with the sum of US$5.00000 (Five million, United States Dollars only). Upon majority of the fixed deposit, the financial institution contacted me to locate any of my client relatives. Since then I have made several enquiries to locate any of them here in Canada, this has also proved unsuccessful. Now the institution has issued me a time limit notice of (April 30th, 2007) to provide any of his extended relatives to claim his funds or his funds will revert to the bank treasury as unclaimed funds.
   
  Now, I seek consent to present you being a foreigner and to assist in receipt of his funds, so that the proceeds of his bank account can be paid to you, before the institution confiscates it. I have all the necessary information that’s needed to back up legal documents. The institution will release the funds to any foreigner whom has correct identification information of my deceased client. Which I will release to you after we has discussed the details. The funds will be transferred into your bank account for you to invest in Real Estate in your country for both of us. I will draft a partnership business agreement between us before the investment.
   
  This transfer would be completed within (21) banking days from the date of receipt of your reply. All I require from you is your honest and utmost confidentiality in this transaction. I guarantee that this will be executed under legitimate arrangement that will protect you from any breach of the law.
