PicoGUI 1.0?

Since I started the "new architecture" talk, I figured it would be fair to
sound like the voice of reason too :-) so I'm proposing we polish up PicoGUI
into an usable shape (where usable != perfect) and call it 1.0. This is
specially important for companies who are choosing to base their products on
PicoGUI; they would have a less tough time selling if they can say their GUI
system is 1.0 instead of 0.something.

If this effort is to succeed, we would like to ask all developers who have a
few hours to help out. If Micah and I are to do this alone, it will take
more time than you are probably willing to wait ;-)
