Moving to SVN before 1.0?

Hi Everybody,

I know the plan was to move from CVS to Subversion for 2.0, but I'm thinking
that it might be better to go ahead and do that for 1.0. My two reasons being

 - To make PicoGUI easier to use and support, I would like to rearrange the
   apps before 1.0 so that it's obvious which ones are and aren't supposed to
   work correctly. This is hard to do with CVS.

 - CVS on sourceforge is very slow

I would be able to host the new repository on navi.picogui.org. I'm not sure
if that will be enough bandwidth though, and after I move out of the college
dorms I'll probably need to find somewhere faster than a cable modem to host
it.
