Well, even though PicoGUI is theoretically pretty portable, it has only
been tested well on linux. You'd need to write a little bit of
OS-specific code to make it work, but it's very possible.
Right now the biggest annoyance in getting picogui to work on non-POSIX
platforms is the auto*-based build system. With cygwin you could
probably get it to run on windows.
Happily, the new build system is on its way :)
Right now it's still in the design stages, but since my semester of
school is coming to a close I should have more time and motivation to work
on it soon.
