PicoGui and cygwin

Hi folks

I'm trying to compile picogui-0.45 on cygwin.

Here's the list of commands showing how I did almost everything the web page 
said.  I had to run autogen a couple of times, don't know if this is a 
problem.  Ran libtoolize twice and the second time with --recheck, don't 
know if this is a problem.  Built in picogui-0.45/cygwin, don't know if that 
is a problem.

BTW, make menuconfig worked for me.

The compile failed.  I've included the errors below.  Any idea what I got 
screwed up?
