i remember that the last working solution was something with piping the 
input when calling pgserver, but i wasn`t able to get that working again.
maybe you can crawl your brain for that again !?   :)

btw: i hope this has nothing to do with my hacked-together-version of 
pgserver ..... :(..........i want to try the pipe version first.....
