"manually" selecting a listitem gives BADPARAM

hi all,

i have created several listitems. i want to select a listitem by code.

when i do a "set widget PG_WP_ON, 1", the selected listitem is selected,
the prevoius listitem is deselected, and THEN i get a
"BADPARAM stop program..."

i have reproduced theis with "listtest".

any idea?
