Gecko in PicoGUI

As soon as I have a free week, I'll try to write a widget that
embeds Gecko using Peter's membuf code.  Not by all means
guaranteed to work, but much less insane than it would be
without membuf ;-)

(Actually it could probably even work client-side with sharedmem
pixmaps... hmm...)
