I would never have guessed that the server is GPL, since there is the 
file picogui-0.46/server/COPYING which is LGPL.
But picogui-0.46/server/video/libvncserver/COPYING is GPL. Besides that 
the project is listed as an LGPL one--this further adds to the 
confusion, IMHO.
