I'm not sure I follow you here. Everything I have can be found at

Have you tried using the build system from 
http://mainland.essentialgoods.com/matt/vtech/linux/rom-build/new-kernel/picolinux-tarred? 
Untar all those files and you should be able to build a working helio rom 
with the older pgserver. Once that works then try upgrading to the latest 
pgserver. Or did you already solve your problem?
