[ANNOUNCE] Encoding support for ogg stack merged in HEAD

Hi there,

I'd like to announce to merge of ogg stack into HEAD.
This work was requested last december by some friends of mine. 
It works for our use-case but still needs large-scale testing.

transcode-HEAD now supports
- theora encoding through libtheora
- vorbis encoding through libvorbis/libvorbisenc
- ogg multiplexing through libogg

transcode-HEAD can now act as icecast2 feed using libshout2

User and developer documentation and notes will follow soon.

Stable release 1.2.0 will have official support for those features.

For other branches:

1.0.6rc1    is expected to be released in 2-3 days.

1.1.0alpha7 is expected to be released in 7-10 days.
One missing thing left: module-level support for multi-input mode.
Two modules will be made capable of multi-input:
- import_im  (~70% done)
- import_avi (~10% done)
