Not yet.

Yes, we have plans for that. Unfortunately, a fair amount of work is
still needed:
- to write a libavformat muxer AND
- to write a libavformat demuxer
- port import layer to NMS
- some core tunings/small enhancements

And we're set.

timeline: this summer (help/patches always welcome :))
