Support for lzo 2.x

It is possible to add support for lzo 2.x ?

The main reason is that lzo 1.x is deprecated and has been removed
from Debian testing.

Also a test should be added in import/Makefile.am if transcode is
build without lzo, otherwise the nuv plugin doesn't build.
